TROUBLE SHOOTING GUIDE: Please read as we cannot respond to messages that have not adhered to this guide.
1) This is an online streaming service only not a download service.
2) You will be able to view your purchase in three ways; one by staying on the site once your purchase is complete - your video will be automatically ready to view as soon as payment has been received. The video you clicked 'buy now' on, will turn into a video with 'watch now' on.
Two, you will be sent an email with a direct viewing link - this will also take you to our homepage where the same video (whichever video you purchased) will be viewable. It looks the same as before, but instead of 'buy now' there will be a 'watch now' link upon the video itself..
Three, go back to the homepage on the browser you purchased on and it will be automatically in place of the 'buy now' version of the video.
Please make sure you click the version of the video you purchased.
3) Please check spam - sometimes our automated emails go into spam, however if you don't receive one, please follow step 2 in this guide as you can still access your film in other ways.
4) We cannot issue refunds if you purchase the wrong version of the film, while we sympathise, as it is an instantly viewable purchase, once bought, we cannot refund the item.
